My Airport Transfers

Booking terms

Last updated September 2026. Plain terms for journeys with My Airport Transfers.

1. Who we are

My Airport Transfers provides private hire transfers and day trips from Stirling, Scotland. Contact us on 07880 858353 or info@myairporttransfers.uk.

2. Requests and confirmation

Sending a booking request through the website does not create a booking. A journey is booked only when we confirm it to you by phone, message or email, including the fare. If we can't take a journey we'll tell you as soon as possible.

Please check the details in our confirmation — times, addresses, flight number and passenger numbers — and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

3. Fares and payment

Fares are per vehicle, not per passenger, and are fixed when we confirm your journey. They don't change with traffic, and airport drop-off and pick-up charges are included. Payment is due to the driver on the day (cash or card) unless we agree otherwise when confirming.

Extra stops, waiting beyond the free allowance, or changes made on the day may cost more; the driver will tell you before any extra charge applies.

4. Waiting time

For airport pick-ups we include 45 minutes of waiting from the time your flight actually lands. For other pick-ups we wait up to 10 minutes from the agreed time. If you're delayed, please call or message us so we can plan around it.

5. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. Cancellations made later, or not turning up, may be charged up to the full fare, because the vehicle has been reserved for you.

We may need to cancel or change a journey in exceptional circumstances such as severe weather or road closures. If we cancel, you pay nothing for that journey.

6. Passengers, luggage and child seats

Tell us the number of passengers and how much luggage you have so we can send a suitable vehicle. We can refuse to carry more people or luggage than a vehicle safely takes. Children must travel in an appropriate child seat or booster where the law requires it — tell us their ages when you book.

Drivers may refuse to carry anyone who is abusive or whose behaviour puts the driver or vehicle at risk. Smoking and vaping aren't allowed in our vehicles.

7. Lost property and complaints

Contact us as soon as possible about anything left in a vehicle. If something went wrong, please tell us — most problems are sorted quickly by talking to us directly.

8. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We aren't responsible for missed flights or connections caused by events outside our control, but we will always do what we reasonably can to get you there on time. These terms are governed by Scots law.
