Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to run the website and email: our website host and database provider, our email delivery provider, and — if switched on — Cloudflare Turnstile to check that forms are sent by people. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Meta may receive information about your visit. Providers only process information on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and messages for up to two years so we can deal with questions about past journeys, then delete them, unless we need records longer for accounting or legal reasons. Offers subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
